L'Isola della Piadina (literally, "Piadina Island") is a small familiar firm whose mission is the absolute devotion to our (and Your) product. As a matter of fact, assuring quality of each single piece of piadina is quite an obsession for us. Our experience belongs to pizza technique, in particular pan pizza. Then we decided to jump into the "piada world", bringing our unique interpretation of the flatbread and pursuing both innovation and desire to spread a brand new flavour into Milan's market.
